A brief biography & achievements
I have been photographing for nearly 40 years.
I studied Fine Art, Graphic Design and Photography in both US and UK. American by birth, I have resided and worked in the UK for the past 46 years.
My work has been widely published and exhibited internationally and I have received numerous honours, awards, commissions and prizes.
I was a Fellow of Photography at the National Museum of Photography, Film and Television in 1991/92.

The retrospective of pictures here represents some of the different strands of my practice. My archive has reached a considerable breadth and diversity whilst, hopefully, retaining my personal vision, which stems from everyday life.
I have made many personal projects and my commercial work includes editorial, advertising and private commissions.
